What forms of SkinMed+ Super do you use?
The most common solutions are SkinMed+ Super 115 ml and 500 ml, and more recently also SkinMed+ Super HydroGel 30 g and 120 g gel forms. We tend to use the 500 ml packs, but also the smaller 115 ml packs.
What conditions do you use these products for?
We use them for large, devastating infected wounds with the inability to suture provided good granulation. We also use them in bites with other dogs when infection has entered the wound. We also use for old lacerations that are no longer treated surgically only locally, so called conservative treatment. For scalp wounds we use the solution form. We use the gel form for chronic wounds.
