Reduces the risk of secondary infection. The consistency of the gel is optimal for application in all positions (does not flow). Excellent adhesion to the site of the wound or skin defect. Reduces healing time.

The accident occurred in the paddock on 19/07/2021.

Male, Yorkshire terrier, 4 years old
Male, Yorkshire terrier, 4 years old. Attacked while walking another large dog in the evening. Toileting of wound and surgical treatment was performed, ATB cover and NSAiD was put on. On day 4 the wound opened and healing continued per secundum with dressing.
I sprayed with SkinMed+ Super solution several times a day and wet gauze with solution was applied to the wound. At that time, SkinMed+ Super HydroGel was not yet on the market, which would adhere better to the wound surface. The wound started to close nicely, the tissue granulated, the topical therapy combined with ATB/Noroclav,Enroxil/ and NSAiD healed completely in about 33 days.
